Our Properties

The properties we manage mainly use the model of Supported Living. Within this model our tenants are granted assured tenancies or assured shorthold tenancies, depending on the individual circumstances. Our tenants daily support is provided by a separate Support Provider. We work together with each Support Provider to deliver a co-ordinated service to our tenants. Inclusions services include:

  • Tenancy support and management
  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Housing related support (elements of care, support and supervision)
  • Partnership working with families, advocates and Support Providers
  • Tenant participation

Inclusion is currently working in partnership with a range of organisations which could also see us managing the following types of properties:
